Axial fans are widely used in applications such as cooling towers, blowers, and air condensers, and are offered by numerous international suppliers. However, most suppliers provide standard designs due to their batch production processes.

KM’s high-efficiency, energy-saving fan blades offer a unique solution by providing customized designs tailored to meet specific customer requirements. Our designs account for factors like weather conditions, airflow and pressure needs, and other product specifications. These fans stand out by guaranteeing a minimum of 18% energy savings compared to similar products, achieved while maintaining constant airflow.

Our fans are developed through aerodynamic research. Regardless of whether a frequency converter or speed regulator is installed, our fan blades reduce electrical energy consumption by at least 18% compared to other brands.

Our patented fiberglass thermosetting and hollow carbon fiber fan blades are coated with multiple layers of fiberglass cloth and epoxy resin. Customized based on fluid dynamics, they are designed to fit specific fan sizes, horsepower, and exhaust needs. These unique designs enhance strength and corrosion resistance, outperforming aluminum alloy and conventional FRP blades.
